AERIE’S GUARD
The Refuge of Creators

LEVEL-DESIGN (2022)
The AERIE’S GUARD 3D project aims at answering the question “what would a community website of the early 2000 look like if it was a physical place you could visit?”

Made on the Unreal Engine, this project was created in a few months only by using various spline blueprints to get their curved walls, allowing for a more iterative and creative process.

And there is much more to come…

THE RAXXIAN SANCTUARY

LEVEL-BUILDING (2020) - BOUNDLESS
Created on a Minecraft-like game, Boundless, the Raxxian Sanctuary is a city of which I defined the architectural style, design, layout and color choice. I may not have coded the game engine, but the size of the work stays large enough to showcase my
skills.

Boundless is a game based on ephemerality, where the players’ builds will evaporate sooner or later as they are forgotten by all. But in my case, the Boundless community enjoyed my work so much that it decided to maintain the city, something I’m very proud of. If you ever play Boundless one day, do visit the capital city of Raxxa, you’ll see what has become of my work since the video was made.

THE NEXUS

LEVEL-BUILDING (2018) - CREATIVERSE
Created on a Minecraft-like, Creativerse, the Nexus was to be a welcoming center for all new players on the server featured in livestreams of the development team of the game. At that time, every new player would pass by my build before being
re-directed elsewhere.
The build featured such zones as a sanctuary showcasing all possible biomes of the game, a pixel-art map of the game, various platforms made for players to build portals to their creations, a bank for moderators, platforming challenges…
Even though the server ultimately was left alone, my work endured through blueprints and today, people still use my designs for their own ‘welcome centers’.

FORSAKEN SHIPYARD

3D MODELLING (2015)
This project aimed at proposing a design missing to the tool-kit of a playable race of World of Warcraft.

The Forsaken had many ships, but no harbor or shipyard to dock or build them. Where did these ships came from? I made a suitable option.

STRATHOLME HEROIC

LEVEL-DESIGN (2015)
With this project, I wanted to propose an update to an old World of Warcraft dungeon of 2004.

Even though the project was made on the Unreal Engine (with my computer on its knees, as the low framerate shows), I tried to get as close as possible to the style of World of Warcraft, namely in terms of my custom textures and models, while providing an original layout which would’ve been a clear improvment on the original.
